Roof Goes Up

The framing carpenters made some progress with the roof and laying out the interior of the hut this week.   You can also see a bit of progress with the Racine court.  Its snow boards are up and the skirting has been applied.

 

You can't really tell from the snapshots, but the most delightful thing about the hut can be seen from inside.  Even with just the framing in place, you can get a feel for how great the view of the northeast court will be from inside the hut.  The view to the northwest court will also be magnificent.
